RETURNS

Lots of love goes into everything we produce and we really hope you'll be delighted with your items. If for any reason you are not, please get in touch.

Due to the custom-made nature of all of our items, we do not accept returns.  Please ask as many questions as you would like before placing an order to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Changes to Keepsake Blanket, Pillowcase & Upcycled products: All Keepsake Blankets, Pillowcase and upcycled products are designed, created and sewn solely by Mei. Please be aware Keepsake Blankets & Pillowcases average 4-6 weeks & Upcycled Pillowcases average 2-4 weeks (from the date you approve Design Layout) to complete.  Once you (the client) have approved your Design Layout, NO changes may be made. Upon delivery, if client requests a change be made of a completed Design Layout, the client is responsible for delivering the item to us for changes (and back) including postage charges, there is a £15 per hour Request Change Charge (hours will vary based on the requested change).

Steps to Change Design to Keepsake Blanket, Pillowcase & Upcycled Products:

  1. Contact Mei's Sewing Corner within 3 working days of the delivery date.  If more than 3 working days have passed, we will NOT process the changes.  The item MUST be unaltered (can not be washed, worn, or damaged in any way).  If we receive an item which we perceive to be washed, worn, or damaged in any way we will NOT process the changes, it will be returned to you.

  2. Upon e-mailing Mei's Sewing Corner, include the concern for changes. The client is responsible for shipment to Mei's Sewing Corner. There is a £15 per hour Request Change Charge (hours will vary based on the requested change, we will supply an Estimate of Time Invoice).  At this time we will estimate the hours to change the design and turnaround time.

  3. Once Original Item is received, we will complete an Estimate of Time Invoice and a Change Plan for your approval and purchase. Payment for the Estimate of Time Invoice is required upfront to begin changes. Upon completion, if there is a difference in Estimate of Time Invoice, the remainder is due before shipment back.

  4. Upon completion, you will get a photo to confirm everything is how you would like it.  The blanket will be shipped upon completion and your confirmation.
